I am seeking an experienced and reliable handyman/property caretaker. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in landscaping, general maintenance, and various handyman tasks.
Responsibilities include:
Landscaping, planting, and weeding
Grouting tiles, drywall repair, and general construction
Plumbing and light electrical work
Sprinkler installation and repair
Light carpentry and miscellaneous repairs
Qualifications:
Proven experience in property care and handyman tasks
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Own tools and equipment
Ability to pass a drug test
Compensation:
$650 to $750 per week, depending on experience
