We are Hydra Pools
We offer local swimming pool repairs and weekly service. We have a strong team of four, including my wife and I and we’re looking to add another Tech 1 to the team. (Must have your own truck.)
We offer paid training at 60% base pay until you are able to do the route by yourself. 1-3 weeks max. We try to get you on your own asap. Responsibilities consists of cleaning pools, chem balancing, reporting of services performed, and repairs are optional.
This is a great job, but we all work very hard. Don’t call me if you don’t like to work hard. the work is very easy so there’s no excuse for sloppy work. We try our best to take care of our employees and provide the best working environment possible. We are like a big family and we depend on each other.
You must be able to WORK OUTSIDE IN SUMMER. Also must be responsible and self-starter as you will not be under supervision and will have responsibilities that can change daily. You must also have a reliable truck to do the route.
This is a 1099 position. So you will be in charge of your taxes. Pay is determined on your experience. We also own a pool construction company so there is plenty of room for advancement.
