We are a property management company seeking a skilled and reliable handy man for residential and commercial properties. Hours will vary week to week, but flexibility is needed in cases of emergencies. Must have your own transportation and tools, as well as two professional references. A wide range of skills is a plus, as well as experience with historic buildings.
Invoice billing per job required for time and material. Hourly rate dependent on experience and skillset.
