Summary: Responsible for performing general labor as part of a team that is responsible for building track components for the railroad. Ability to safely utilize hand and power tools.
Requirements: Must be able complete a EVerify, criminal background check, and random drug screening. Due to restricted regulations we are not a 2nd chance employer.
PRIMARY/ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Ability to lift 50lbs.
Able to stand for long periods of time
Able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Must wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) (provided)
Must be able complete a EVerify, criminal background check, and random drug screening.
On the job training will be provided.

The employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. Exposure to harsh weather conditions including very hot and very cold weather.
