Landscape Account Manager
Environment Control is currently seeking a full-time experienced Landscape Account Manager to add to our remarkable team of professionals! This person must be self-motivated with a results- driven approach.
Represent & develop Environment Control's brand recognition through the successful management of personnel, proper fulfilment of contractual agreements in the commercial landscape construction & maintenance industry, Measured by both the successful management and development of employees, all facets of company operations and retention of contractual business.
Duties & Responsibilities (but not limited to the following)
Employee Management
Daily Management of Maintenance Crews; must be present at yard during clock-in & clock out.
Employee training & development
Fleet, Equipment, & small tool management
Maintenance crew scheduling
Safety Training for Company Client Management
Phone or email communication -Office visits as needed
Reporting per the Contractual agreement for Clients
After Hours management of emergencies - covering properties for any emergencies called in after hours
At least (3) years landscape construction experience at Supervisor level leading crews
Ability to accurately estimate a job including materials, hours and equipment needs
Equipment operator experience using various types of construction/manufacturing machinery and tools including, forklifts, bobcat/skid steer, trenchers, variety of power tools, laser levels, etc.
Experienced in installing variety of irrigation types/sizes, programming controllers & timers and ability to troubleshoot irrigation issues
Knowledge of common name plant identification and ability to properly layout to scale
Property Inspections
Ability to accomplish results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, coaching, developing and building crew bench strength
Overseeing and physically working when necessary to complete landscape tasks
Be self-motivated and results-driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Job Requirements:
MUST HAVE a Valid Arizona Drivers’ License and Ability to be Insured under Company Insurance Policy
High School diploma or equivalent
Must be able to meet physical demands of the job
Bilingual a plus but not required
Compensation:
Annual Base Pay based on experience
Bonus is Based based on Performance Standards
Fuel Card: To be used for work purposes only.
Cell Phone: Company Cell phone or $25/month toward employee’s own cell phone (must be utilized for company use including company email, client literature, etc.)
Health Coverage
401K matching after one year or 1000 hours of work
3 weeks PTO and it starts accruing on day one
Weekly Pay (Friday's)
