Landscape Laborer:

We are seeking an individual with a strong work ethic to join our team and rapidly growing company. Such individual should have a roll-up-your sleeves mentality and work style and be able to operate efficiently, independently, and effectively in a construction type setting.
The laborer position at PWE is an entry level role, performing landscape maintenance tasks. The individual will need to be comfortable operating hand tools and power tools as a part of his/her daily routine. Daily tasks typically consist of: mowing grass or turf, pruning and trimming trees and shrubs, cleaning debris and plant materials, removing weeds, planting new plants, and installing rock.
PWE welcomes applicants of all experience levels. Landscape maintenance and irrigation experience is a plus. Individuals must be physically able to perform the above described tasks as well as lift heavy items. Individuals must have the ability to work well with others as he/she will be working with a team every day. A strong work ethic and desire to improve skills is essential for success in this role. A laborer must also be able to consistently show up to work on time in the proper work attire and ready to put in a good days work.
Pay is dependent on experience.
Valid Drivers License is required.
Our company offers paid sick time, paid time off and work a 4-10 schedule Monday through Thursday. That means a 3 day weekend every week! At times overtime opportunities are available.
