Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Irrigation Technician to join our team. As an Irrigation Technician, you will install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems for residential and commercial properties. Your expertise in lawn care, landscaping, and irrigation will contribute to the overall success of our team.
Responsibilities:
- Install new irrigation systems according to specifications
- Perform regular maintenance and repairs on existing irrigation systems
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with irrigation systems
- Adjust sprinkler heads and nozzles to ensure proper water distribution
- Monitor water usage and make necessary adjustments to conserve water
- Collaborate with the landscaping team to ensure proper installation and functionality of irrigation systems
- Operate hand tools and power tools to complete tasks efficiently
- Dig trenches and lay pipes for irrigation system installation
- Test irrigation systems for leaks or malfunctions
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns and answering questions
Requirements:
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance or irrigation preferred
- Strong mechanical knowledge and ability to troubleshoot system issues
- Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in irrigation work
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
