We are seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for routine maintenance and repair tasks on our facilities and equipment to ensure they are properly functioning, This includes minor electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
Minimum Qualifications
Able to handle a variety of physical tasks.
Ability to lift up to 100 lbs
Moderate computer skills including internet research and e-mail experience
Diagnosing and troubleshooting
Background in Maintenance or Custodial Work
Mechanically proficient in a variety of repair areas (Facility, equipment, construction.)
On Call Every Other Weekend (will discuss compensation at interview)
Construction experience including drywall repair, basic plumbing/electrical, painting
Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot basic maintenance issues including various equipment throughout the facility.
Ability to stay organized and on task
An understanding of preventative maintenance
Requirements :
Must Pass A Background Check
The position requires driving a company vehicle so you must have a valid AZ driver's license for the last 5 years.
No at-fault accidents, suspensions, or major moving violations.
Candidate must have verifiable work experience for 1 year or more within the last 5 years.
