Looking for a skilled maint tech to join our team. We manage several properties in Tucson. We supply your work van and material and fuel card. Must have basic skills to repair, plumbing, electrical, swimming pool maintenance. We contract 90% of our HVAC repairs. Must know how to repair evap coolers. Must be able to climb ladders 12’-20’ roof heights. Major plumbing repairs are also contracted.
Painting is contracted. Your position is Monday-Friday 7-3:30 and on call for emergencies. Come by our office to fill out an application at 934 W Grant Road.
