Apartment Community Maintenance Technician needed! Two positions available.
The ideal candidate will have previous experience in all aspects of apartment maintenance including HVAC, plumbing, appliances, painting, pools, etc. Must have good customer service skills and an excellent work ethic. HVAC certified and Bilingual preferred The position is full-time, Monday - Friday.
Job Description - Maintenance Technician Duties and Responsibilities: Apartment turns: Paint, repair, maintenance Work Orders (Repair / maintenance) may require light electrical repairs (i.e. appliances, fixtures, switches, outlets) Light plumbing (i.e clearing stoppages, replacing fittings, garbage disposals. Replacing broken glass, tile, screens, locks blinds ect. Maintaining the appearance of the property: Grounds, lighting.
