Now Hiring: Experienced, Lead Maintenance Turnkey Technician (Full Time) – Tucson, AZ
Looking for a dependable, skilled Lead Man to join our team full-time. We handle residential maintenance and turnkey jobs (repairs, punch lists, light and full renovations) for rental properties and homes across Tucson and surrounding areas.
Job Duties:
- Manage daily turnkey maintenance jobs
- Perform general repairs (paint, drywall, flooring, minor plumbing/electrical)
- Ensure quality and timely job completion
- Oversee helpers/laborers on site
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in residential maintenance or remodeling
- Own basic tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong work ethic and leadership skills
- Able to work independently and solve problems on-site
