Landscaper/Maintenance Position for Large Manufactured Home Park.
This is a full-time 40 hour per week position. Some on-call response may be required.
Must Be Able To:
Maintain, repair, and help remodel Mobile Homes.
Perform minor electrical, plumbing
Do janitorial duties
Do reading of utility meters monthly
Replace gas, water and electric meters as necessary
Knowledge of garden products such as fertilizers and pesticides
Familiarity with sprinkler systems and other landscaping equipment
Work outside in hot / cold conditions
Trim Oleanders
Spray weeds
Pick up trash around park
Maintain the Dog Park.
Dig trenches and holes on the property for various projects when needed
Pool Certification is a plus
Use maintenance tools including pressure washer, drills, saws, landscaping equipment
Operate company vehicle for various projects
Other duties as assigned
A good attitude and teamwork are necessary along with maintaining a professional manner.
Salary range $18 - $22
