Bates Paving & Sealing has an opening for mechanically inclined person to assist in shop. Job functions include perform maintenance on company vehicles and equipment and maintain a clean work environment. Under general supervision, assist mechanics with repairs. Required: AZ Driver License, able to lift 50 lb. objects, and must be able to climb on equipment and inspect engines, transmissions and other vehicle/equipment components. Company offers paid medical & dental insurance, vacation, holiday, sick leave and 401K. Starting pay $16 - $19/Hr. DOE. Drug screen required.
