Pay Rates by Experience
Level:Level 1 – $17-19/hr
Moving experience (residential or commercial)Punctual and dependable — must be on timeAble to work long hours and handle heavy lifting safely
Level 2 – $20/hr
-Valid driver’s license
-Experience driving a box truck (10–26 ft)
-Moving experience preferred
-Strong customer service skills, professional appearance
Level 3 – $21-25/hr
Valid driver’s license & reliable personal transportation
Proven moving experience (residential/commercial)
Box truck driving experience (16–26 ft)
Ability to lead a crew and communicate with clients
Professional, reliable, and can problem-solve on the job
Requirements (all levels):
Must be physically fit and able to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly
Respectful and professional with customers and teammates
Flexible schedule – most jobs are on call, part-time
Must be able to work in Arizona heat and varying conditions
