We are looking for an individual, or crew, that can cover Tucson, AZ and within in 60 minute radius. Currently, we have a job in Tucson that we are ready to assign. We need basic janitorial work at a newly vacant home. This is basic work on a recently foreclosed property, so it doesn't have to be perfect. The pay is around $250, but can bid on it through photos, also. The power is off, so would need a generator. Also, while at the property, you are able to bid on other items, as the property needs a lot of work. If you perform well on this property, we can assign more properties. Consider this a test. Typical work on a property, is as follows:
Secure the property (Lock Change & Lock Box)
Winterization
Grass cut and basic Landscaping
Exterior debris removal
Bid on additional work
You will need your own tools to complete the work above, and a smart phone to take photos. Please contact us for additional details, and we can discuss the specifics. This is work that we need to complete within the next couple of days, and will pay same week of completion. This can be one off work, or we can board you to do long term work, for our company.
