We are looking to onboard 1-2 crews in the Tucson area. We are a regional property preservation company that is seeing new properties come in, in Tucson. We have work that we can assign today. This is not full time work, but rather a great way to supplement your income. You will need your own tools, and materials. Ideally we want someone that has done work on foreclosures, but we are also willing to train the right people. This is the work that we have right now.
Debris Removal (Need truck/trailer)
Janitorial (Cleaning Supplies)
Initial Grass Cut (Need mower and landscaping equipment)
Lock Change (Need drill and secondary tools to change locks)
Bid Work (This property needs a lot of work, and we need someone well rounded that can bid while at the property).
All of the work requires the use of a fairly new smartphone to take before, during, and after photos. Also, we require a general liability insurance policy, but we can work with you on this, if you don't currently have. We are looking for both people that can do one off jobs, and long term vendors.
