I need 3 laborers to dig and fill a trench with large gravel rock. The job has to be done in 1-2 days. The trench runs along a fence line roughly 100 ft long and needs to be 8 inches deep and 8 inches wide. The soil is very soft and silty, not hard clay. Workers will need to bring their own shovels and wheel barrows for removing dirt and transporting 3-6 inch rip rap from driveway to work area (about 150 ft through a landscaped area). I'm not sure if the space will allow the use of mechanical trench tools. Workers will need to speak English well enough to communicate and work along side a non-Spanish speaking home owner. I can pay $25/hour per person and $50/day for the equipment.
Must inquire in person by appt only to inspect the job. I am hoping to hire a crew by March 8 for work to be done by March 12.
