Location: NE Side Home
Pay: $17-$20 per hour DOE
Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week
Description:
We’re looking for a reliable and versatile person to help maintain our personal 4 acre property on the NE side of Tucson. This part time position is ideal for someone who enjoys a variety of tasks and has handyman skills. Your responsibilities will include:
Yard Work: Mowing the lawn, trimming bushes, irrigation and general garden upkeep
Pest Control: Managing and addressing pest issues around the property
Swimming Pool Maintenance: Maintenance and cleaning of pool
House Maintenance: Tasks such as painting, caulking and minor repairs
Miscellaneous Tasks: Handling various tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Previous experience in handyman work or property maintenance is preferred
Ability to perform physical labor and work outdoors
Ability to lift 50lbs
Basic knowledge of gardening, caring for plants and general home maintenance
Strong work ethic, attention to detail and reliable
Own transportation to and from property
