Duties include:
-pulling customer orders each day, picking and packaging for shipping
-managing customer communications regarding exchanges, returns, issues, etc
-finding quotes for larger LTL loads
-palleting larger orders, taping boxes and packing bulk product for shipping
-managing inventory for clients
-keeping shipping area clean and organized
Requirements:
-computer knowledge (excel spreadsheets, basic internet searching, email communication, and other limited software to be trained on). -detail oriented
-organized
-good communication (written and oral)
-good customer service skills
-can lift 40-50 pounds, on occasion (not daily)
