Cleaning/sweeping sidewalks & parking lots of litter, debris & trash. Change trash can liners and be able to lift trash bags into dumpsters.
Two properties on opposite sides of Tucson. Allotted paid travel time between properties.
12 hours guaranteed weekly/4 mornings a week
Early morning start times required!
Handyman skills a plus for possible other assigned tasks.

Basic record keeping of duties performed
Lift up 50 lbs
Personal requirements:
Reliable personal Vehicle; Pickup truck preferred
Working Smart phone
Knowledge of use of apps such as Maps & Notes
Valid drivers license
Clean driving record
Background check required
Lift up to 50 lbs
Strong work ethic
Must be 18 or older
Starting pay $18/hr with increase after initial training to $20/hr (1099 to start)
