Spa Repair Technician
This position is responsible for installation and/or repair of pool pumps, filters, heaters, pool plumbing, and automation systems. The incumbent will work a prescribed route and keep clients informed of recommended modifications while providing exceptional customer service.
DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES
Repair and/or replace all filter pump, and motor makes and models. Ensure proper filter/pump/motor sizing to provide the correct flow and filtration for the pool/spa.
Provide troubleshooting, repair or replacement services for all major brand heater
Install, repair and provide customers with lighting solutions.
Install, repair and program all major automation systems.
Install and repair all major brands of alternative sanitizers.
Troubleshoot electrical issues with pool and spa equipment; repair or replace damaged pool/spa equipment wiring, ground-fault circuit interrupters and breakers.
Repair or install large commercial filters, pumps, controllers, heaters, etc.
Manage an inventory of equipment on the truck and properly utilize and replenish the inventory when needed.
Additional duties as assigned.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent learning attained through experience required.
Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
1 year of repair/construction, or equivalent
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Frequently moves equipment weighing up to 100 pounds.
Constantly works in outdoor weather conditions.
Operate a company vehicle.
