We're hiring a construction laborer for our construction projects. There are 11 open positions available for this role.
Job Responsibilities:
Participate in the assembly of manufactured housing on-site under the direction of a Construction Crew Lead.
Perform manual labor tasks in designated areas, prioritizing cleanliness and organization for safety and efficiency.
Use tape measures and interpret blueprints and orders accurately to complete tasks with precision.
Maintain effective communication with coworkers to ensure smooth workflow and project completion.
Utilize a variety of hand, air, and electrical tools proficiently to accomplish assigned duties.
Qualifications:
No prior experience required; comprehensive training provided.
Capable of performing physical tasks and lifting heavy objects as needed.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions from experienced team members.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and positive attitude towards work.
Basic math and measurement skills.
Ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.
