- We are looking for 2 more crews to install Windows and Doors
- Crew leader and helper.
- Paid weekly
- 1099 Contractor position.
- 2 yr min Experience in residential window and door replacements
- Compensation is piece work varies depending on skills and speed.
- Willing to train the right individuals.
- 2 Man crew preferred but not required.

Lead Installer Position
Must have to start training:
1. You MUST have Valid SSN or ITIN to be able to declare your own taxes.
2. You must have your own General Liability Insurance ( we can assist)
Will need:
1. You will need to have your own vehicle (Truck, Van, SUV)
2. You will need to have your own 14'-16' A frame / trailer to load the units. ( we can assist)
3. You will need to have your own tools.
4. At least 1 helper.
Helper Position
Must have availability Monday - Saturday
Must be able to communicate with customers
Job Responsibilities:
Pick up the units at our location, Pre call and meet customers at there residence, unload and Install the units, Handle yourself in a professional manner during the installation.
for individuals that are use to having a 9 to 5 job just waiting for the time to go by, this position is NOT FOR YOU!
for individuals that are hard workers self motivated have knowledge in construction or project completion while building a good relationship with the customer , feel comfortable using hand and power tools and take pride in their work and look back at there completed project and say "I DID THAT" this position IS MADE FOR YOU
