Tucson, Arizona Lighting Manufacturing Company looking for a Marketing Manager + Project Coordinator for a full time position. The Marketing Manager + Project Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to plan, develop, implement, monitor, and evaluate the various marketing strategies, brand objectives, and data management that flows through UltraLights. They are creative, flexible, and extremely organized with practical, personal, and professional experience and skill inspiring a variety of clients with strong visuals and written messaging. The Marketing Manager + Project Coordinator reports to the Director of Sales + Marketing.

Compensation & Benefits:

-This is a full-time position with scheduled hours: Monday - Thursday 7am - 4:30 pm and Friday 7am - 11am

-$19.00 - $25.00 per hour (Compensation commensurate with experience)

Technical Skills:

-Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro

-Blender, Adobe Substance Stager and Substance Designer to create product renderings

-MS Office: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint

-Google Suite

-Google Ads

-Google Analytics

-Familiarity with social media marketing

Duties & Responsibilities

-Responsible for the development, implementation, monitoring and evaluating of all branding, marketing materials, and content, including social media, blogs, press releases and more, across various digital and print platforms.

-Project management including but not limited to product launches and the associated product marketing. Collaboration with an external creative agency as needed.

-Project management of in house efforts, including the maintenance of all product specifications, libraries, installation instructions, new product development process management, working with in house designers, sales staff, and management:

-Update and maintain a digital product resource library (backplate drawings, line drawings, images, install instructions, bill of material, revit files, ies files, etc.)

-Create and manage visual content library (i.e. product imagery for use in marketing collateral, installation and shop

photography, including renderings and advertising layouts)

-Develop 3D renderings for product imagery and installation imagery (some basic instruction provided)

-Create and maintain all in house administrative forms and content

-Website maintenance (general knowledge of HTML, SEO and Google Analytics a plus)

-Develop marketing plans and analyze results using Google Analytics

-Develop and optimize Google ads and run continuous optimization including but not limited to keyword optimization and A/B tests on ads within ad groups.

-Content management: develop and maintain SKU libraries for immediate use by UltraLights personnel, online retailers, online libraries, and Professional Representatives

-Build brand and product awareness and retention across the North American Interior Design, Specification, and Construction communities via marketing, sales, website, and social media management:

-Develop relationships with Professional Representatives, designers, customers

-Skillfully communicate both orally and in writing with industry professionals

-Ensure the continuity of the brand and content to our national audience and Professional Representatives

-Work directly with Professional Representatives to ensure they have the most up to date resources and brand

knowledge

-Develops, schedules, and oversees all brand and product marketing content through traditional and digital marketing

mediums (i.e. social media platforms, email newsletters, press releases, written communications)

-Represent brand image and voice through social media management: Instagram, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Facebook (use of

Hootsuite)

-Industry research and awareness:

-Maintain industry awareness of design and marketing trends through design publications, articles, and relationships with design professionals — be able to recognize and demonstrate an aptitude for artful interior design and architecture

-Discover new avenues for potential growth and new industry professionals to target
