P4Swiss Lindel, a leading CNC manufacturer for the aerospace industry, is currently seeking a skilled CNC Lathe Machinist with 3 to 5 years of experience. This role is centered on the production of high-precision aerospace components using CNC lathe machines. While Swiss machining experience is not required, it is considered a significant plus, offering an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated projects that push the boundaries of aerospace technology.
Key Responsibilities:
CNC Lathe Operation: Operate CNC lathe machines to produce aerospace parts with high precision.
Setup and Programming: Manage the setup and programming of CNC lathes, ensuring machines are properly calibrated and adjusted to meet product specifications.
Quality Assurance: Conduct rigorous quality checks to ensure components meet or exceed aerospace manufacturing standards.
Swiss Machining: Candidates with experience in Swiss machining will find themselves well-positioned to contribute to specialized projects, although this is a bonus skill.
Blueprint Interpretation: Accurately read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings and blueprints.
Maintenance and Optimization: Regularly maintain machinery to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
Qualifications:
3 to 5 years of experience in CNC lathe machining, specifically within the aerospace sector.
Proficient in the technical aspects of CNC machining, including setup, programming, and operation.
Swiss machining experience is highly advantageous but not required.
Demonstrated ability to follow strict safety and quality protocols.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent is required.
Technical training or certification in CNC machining is preferred.
