We are a leading U.S. manufacturer in Tucson seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Production Machine Operator to join our team.
The Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating and maintaining various machines used in the manufacturing of our high-quality survey markers, monuments, and related products. You’ll ensure products meet quality standards, production goals are achieved, and the work area remains safe and clean.
Responsibilities:
Set up, operate, and monitor production machines.
Read and follow work orders and technical drawings.
Inspect products for quality and accuracy.
Perform routine machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Keep work area organized and free from safety hazards.
Assist with other production tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience preferred (will train the right person).
Ability to read and understand basic technical drawings and measurements.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Reliable attendance and punctuality.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time, Monday–Friday, day shift.
Competitive hourly wage based on experience.
