Hours: Mon-Thurs 7:00 am-4:30 pm and Fri 7:00 am-11:00 am
Qualifications:
Ability to read blueprints and understand GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing)
Ability to complete AS9102 forms, with experience using Net-Inspect.
Ability to program and use Coordinate Measuring Machine (CMM) using CMM Manager Software.
Must be able to accurately use and read measuring tools such as comparators, micrometers, calipers, and indicators.
Ability to perform incoming receiving inspection of hardware and raw material.
Familiarity with first piece inspection.
Ability to use DISCUS software.
Self-motivated individual who needs minimal supervision to be successful.
Knowledge of AS9100 Audit Process.
Requires strong attention to detail, organizational, time management, and follow-up skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will report to the Quality Manager and monitor the manufacturing and inspection processes within the facility. Responsibilities include:
Performing first articles, in-process, receiving, and final inspections.
Maintaining all records associated with the product.
Maintaining calibration records.
