Merit Foods of Arizona, a Tucson-based, local, family-owned company is looking for a responsible and highly motivated team player to work as a night shift order puller in our Tucson warehouse.
As an order puller you will be responsible for responsible for pulling inventory items from our warehouse to fulfill items ordered by our customers, then organizing them to be efficiently and safely loaded to trucks for delivery.
Order Pullers use standard warehouse equipment, such as pallet jacks and forklifts and standard inventory management equipment, such as scanners. Must be able to safely operate equipment and follow all company safety standards.
Work with supervisor to identify projects to be completed during down hours.
Ability to take instruction and communicate with fellow team members and supervisors in a respectful manner.
Be safety conscious.
Must be able to lift up to 100lbs, and stand / walk for full shift.
All warehouse personnel are required to wear a hard hat, safety vest and steal toed, non skid work shoes.
Must be able to work in both warm & cold temperatures, including a freezer kept at 5°F (will only work in the freezer periodically).

This position shift is only offered during night hours with a regular work week beginning Sunday PM, through Friday AM, typical hours of work are between 5pm - 8am.
