Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Alignment Tech and Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of automotive systems and be able to diagnose and repair various vehicle issues efficiently. This role requires a commitment to quality workmanship and customer satisfaction, ensuring that all repairs meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues, including but not limited to engine performance, brake systems, and electrical systems.
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake repairs.
Work with schematics to understand complex automotive systems and troubleshoot problems effectively.
Conduct inspections on vehicles to identify potential issues before they become major problems.
Repair or replace components related to brakes, engines, powertrains, and suspension systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of repairs while maintaining high-quality standards.
Stay updated on the latest automotive technology and repair techniques, (ASE Certification Desired)
Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
Experience:
Ability to Diagnose and Repair
Must have at two years of alignment experience.
Must have own tools.
Proven experience as an Automotive Mechanic in a dealership or independent shop setting is preferred.
Strong knowledge of automotive electrical systems and diagnostics is a plus.
Experience with engine repair and AC system repairs.
Experience with brakes, suspension systems, alignments and fluid changesis essential.
A valid driver's license is required; additional certifications in automotive repair are advantageous.
