The Tucson office of RCM is seeking a Client Relationship Associate with 2+ years of providing executive or high level administrative support. The Relationship Associate can expect to focus in the following areas:
Serve as the first point of contact for clients
Coordinate meetings, schedule appointments and maintain calendars for partners
Provide administrative support for partners
Serve as clients advocate both internally and externally
Manage client information and ensure proper documentation of all client interactions
Onboard and educate new clients and channel client data to other team members to enable all team members to provide excellent client service

Positive outgoing attitude which is always willing to help both our external and internal clients.
The ideal candidate will be experienced in handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks, and will be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Good written and verbal communication skills, strong decision making ability and attention to detail
Demonstrates efficient and effective time management skills; the ability to multi-task and prioritize
Proficiency in Microsoft Applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook
Take a broad perspective to problems and spot new, less obvious solutions
Client first attitude
Team player, able to interact with other staff and partners
Present a professional and personable demeanor in representing RCM
Provide excellent client servicefrom initiation and throughout client relationship by serving as a liaison between partner and client, promptly troubleshooting and resolving client issues
Initiate client related tasks to be completed by other members of the Client Service Team
