Vitality Spine and Sports Physical Therapy is seeking a Front Office Administrator/Physical Therapy Aide who wants to make a difference in our patient’s treatment. This team member must be kind, friendly, pleasant, have great organizational skills, a positive customer service attitude, and ability to work well with others staff members. It’s a MUST to be bilingual (Spanish). MINIMUM 1 year experience in the medical or physical therapy field. You will receive on the job training and must be flexible with your hours.
Job duties will include:
- Greeting patients as they arrive
- Answering phones
- Scheduling New / Follow-up patient’s appointment
- Collecting patient payments
- Making sure paperwork is filled out correctly
- Maintain an organized and clean front office and waiting room
- Explanation of Benefits to new patients
- Explain the different services to patient
- Understand the different insurances
- Patient Billing – correct collection of patient responsibility
- Translate for Spanish speaking patients
- Start Patient Treatment
- Take vitals
- Clean treatment tables/areas
- Start/fold laundry
