We are a locally owned production shop that provides doors, trim and hardware for new, custom and
remodeled homes throughout Arizona. We have a production office assistant position available that we
are looking to fill with a detailed, reliable and team-oriented person. The position requires a person who
is organized, detail oriented, and can multitask. A willingness to learn the product and procedures of the
company.
In this position you would be gathering and looking over information provided by customers and our
field team to produce a production order. Handle scheduling for deliveries / installation. You would be
expected to be able to perform typical office responsibilities such as answering the phone, replying to
emails, filing and assisting front counter customers. You would be utilizing Excel, Access and Google
calendar. Prior experience with using these programs is not necessary but is a plus.
Attendance is important, this is a full-time position Monday through Friday 7am to 4pm. If you are
