We are seeking a Community and Assistant Manager
Job Summary:
The Community Manager is responsible for motivating and leading a team to success. all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins and lease renewals, including generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in procedures in accordance with the company's and the community's established policies and procedures. You will be responsible for collecting rent each month and enforcing the rules and regulations of the lease contract. This position is also responsible for complying with all state, federal and/or local laws relating to Fair Housing.
The Manager will provide high quality resident service and work together with the Maintenance to help the property achieve its highest potential.

Property Management Experience
A friendly, outgoing personality
The ability to lead and motivate others
The ability to thrive in a team oriented, fast-paced environment
BILINGUAL preferred
