We are seeking an Office Assistant to work at a small Landscaping Company. Part-Time to start but may transition to full time in April. Computer proficiency and basic knowledge of office procedures and equipment is required. Quickbooks Online experience is also a plus. We are a small company that can be hectic and chaotic at times so flexibility and adaptability are essential.
Some of the duties include:
Answering a landline and cell phone
Scheduling estimates and jobs for customers
Invoicing
Payroll
Posting Payments
Paying Vendor Invoices
Troubleshooting customer questions and concerns
Coordinating and communicating with crews in the field as needed
Taking care of job applicant walk-ins
