Busy Restoration Company is seeking a Receptionist/Office Assistant. This position wears many hats within our company and provides a vital first impression with our customers.
Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Answer phones and transfer to the appropriate team members
Take down appropriate information as needed for technicians
Greet public and clients and direct them to the correct team member
Monitor incoming emails and answer or forward as required
Prepare outgoing mail for distribution
Fax, scan and copy documents
Maintain office filing and storage systems
Retrieve information when requested
Type documents, reports and correspondence
Monitor and maintain office supplies
Ensure office equipment is properly maintained and serviced
Keep accurate records of applications used, who uses them, versions currently used
Other computer and system related tasks, as required
Perform work related errands as requested such as going to the post office and bank
Keep office area clean and tidy
Qualifications and Education
High School Diploma or equivalent, a College Degree is a plus
Must be able to past a drug screen and background check
Previous office experience preferred
Competent computer skills including MS Office
Internet skills including use of e-mails, group messaging and data collection, cloud technology
