Seeking an Admin Assistant / Transaction Coordinator for growing Real Estate team.
Seeking someone who is high energy, flexible, dependable, and well-organized.
Hours flexible, pay varies depending on experience, but will range from $12/hr-$18/hr. Potential to earn buyer referrals depending on experience.
Real Estate experience is strongly preferred but not a requirement.
Position can be worked remotely, applicant will need computer/laptop and reliable phone.
The position will initially be approximately 5-10 hours per week but may scale to 15-20 hours per week
within a short time.
We need assistance keeping track of deals (deadlines, paperwork, e-signatures, calendar entries, etc), coordinating with Title/Escrow, follow up on calls from our "For Sale" signs, scheduling inspections/photos, updating shared calendar with deal details, placing lockboxes/keys on property, monitoring checklists DAILY.
Basic job requirements include:
Real Estate experience
Data Entry
Lead management - follow phone calls, emails, texts
Technology skills - Basic email, calendar entries/modifications
Professional written and verbal communications
Attention to detail
Strong work ethic
Organized
Be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize
Outgoing and positive demeanor
Quick learner
Licensed Realtor is a big PLUS
