We are an established property management company located in the phoenix AZ area. We are currently seeking Apartment Property Managers.
Qualification, Skills and Requirements:
- Ideal candidates must have a minimum of 5 years of experience managing of various types of apartment
buildings.
- MUST BE BILINGUAL in ( ENGLISH & SPANISH ) MUST BE
- Must have 3 or more years of successful apartment management experience.
- Must have strong communication skills, relationship building and conflict resolution skills;
- Property management software experience, eg. AppFolio or Yardi; is a plus
- Good building maintenance management skill
