Property management company has an immediate opportunity for a full-time Assistant Manager and full-time Leasing Consultant!
Assistant Manager Required Experience:
Must have at least 1 + years of apartment / multi-family Assistant Manager experience
Knowledge of industry software and Microsoft Office
Yardi experience a plus
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Customer service skills
Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Leasing Consultant Required Experience:
At least 1 + years of apartment / multi-family experience
Knowledge of industry software and Microsoft Office
Yardi experience a plus
Strong communication, organizational and time management skills
Customer service skills
Multi-tasking and meeting deadlines
Benefits:
$16 - $18 / hour (Assistant Manager) and $12 - $15 / hour (Leasing Consultant) + generous commissions
