We are searching for a dynamic individual to join our team. Individual must have an active Arizona Real Estate Sales license.
Candidate will be responsible to conduct property tours and lease to potential tenants. Must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License and dependable vehicle. Monthly travel allowance paid.
Responsible to collect rent & delinquency follow up
Respond accordingly to tenant issues
Work as a team member to assure smooth transitions for tenants moving in and out
All properties are located in Tucson
General Accountabilities :
Composes and produces business correspondence, reports and related materials
Reviews all lease documents for accuracy before the broker signs
Ensures confidentiality and controls access to sensitive information
Responds to inquiries and requests for information for rentals and tenant requests
Serves as internal resource to administrators
Researches and gathers data for marketing purposes.
Ensures timely completion of work.
Performs other related duties as assigned or requested.
