Student housing in need of a MAINTENANCE SUPERVISOR for an off campus apartment complex.
Experience in apartment type maintenance necessary, student housing a plus. Job includes working directly with the manager, organizing work orders, working with vendors, make ready apartments, making repairs and replacements in all aspects of interior and exteriors in apartment home living (plumbing, HVAC, electrical and lighting, appliance repair, pool maintenance, grounds and basic landscaping knowledge).
This is not a desk position. The Maintenance Supervisor must complete work orders, and be on call.
Reports to General Manager & Regional Supervisor.
Must have Maintenance Supervisor experience.
