Who you are:
As a produce team member, you contribute to our department culture of constantly striving to provide a great mix of products that is designed to be both practical and delightful while helping to ensure our customers have an amazing shopping experience. You are a hard worker, great at staying busy and working independently, with a keen eye for detail and excellent people skills.
Job Responsibilities:
- Receive deliveries and stock produce cases and shelves.
- Learn about best practices to ensure quality control.
- Rotate and maintain inventory, potential to place orders as necessary.
- Be a friendly and awesome presence that helps customers navigate our store and over time develops a deep knowledge of our products.
Basic Qualifications:
- Have a strong passion for quality produce and an eye for detail.
- Able to show up on time, work on your feet for a six to eight hour shift and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to work evenings, and/or a flexible schedule.
