Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and professional Flex Armed Security Guard to provide security services across various sites in Tucson, AZ. The role requires flexibility to work varying shifts and locations as needed, ensuring the safety of personnel, property, and assets.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct armed patrols and monitor premises to prevent and respond to security threats.
Enforce client policies and procedures to maintain a safe environment.
Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms.
Prepare accurate reports on activities and incidents.
Maintain a professional demeanor and comply with all state and company regulations.
Requirements:
Valid Arizona Armed Guard License.
Minimum 1 year of armed security experience.
Strong situational awareness and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Reliable transportation and a clean background check.
High school diploma or equivalent.
