Our call center is looking for dedicated appointment setters to help set appointments for people to review their life insurance and to sign up for mortgage protection.
Compensation
$15/hr plus commission (after 30 days)
Hours
Flexible Schedule starting at 20 hours per week. Then opportunity to move to 40 hours per week after 30 days.
Responsibilities, but not limited to:
Messaging candidates via multiple CRMS to schedule them for an interview
Dialing candidates to schedule for interviews
Conduct group interviews on zoom with functioning camera
Help new hires through the training process to hit certain advancements
Tracking results for improvement
Required:
1 year call center experience
Must have computer/laptop, hispeed internet
Basic computer knowledge; Excel is a plus
Ability to build professional relationships
Canva knowlesge is a plus
Understand this is a 1099 Contracted position
