THE OPEN ROAD
The purpose of Mother Road Brewing Company is to build community one pint at a time. We seek a Craft Consultant based in Southern AZ to help us share the Mother Road story with existing and prospective craft beer accounts. The Southern AZ territory includes but is not limited to the greater Tucson area, Casa Grande, Sierra Vista, Bisbee, Tombstone, Wilcox, Benson, Nogales, and Douglas.
The Craft Consultant positions Mother Road as a preferred business partner for our accounts in the Southern AZ Territory by building and maintaining relationships. Job responsibilities include:
-Planning and executing account visits
-Hosting events, samplings, tastings, and staff trainings
-Co-creating account-specific programs
-Working with distribution partners to service accounts
-Collaborating with and attending beer festivals

LICENSE TO DRIVE
Want to travel with us? This position calls to someone who enjoys building relationships, is reliable, can navigate complex social situations, thrives with independent goal-oriented work, and is passionate about craft beer. Love of food, travel, the outdoors, history, and the Southwest are a candidate bonus. A qualified candidate will have 2+ years of sales experience preferably within the food and beverage industry. The winning candidate will demonstrate a history of A-Player performance and cultural add.

Our Southern Arizona based Craft Consultant must reside in Tucson or in one of the surrounding cities. Tucson is often referred to as the soul of the Sonoran Desert and boasts a thriving cultural scene as well as extensive outdoor opportunities. The central location in the Southwest, between California, Nevada, Utah, New Mexico, Colorado, lends itself to many weekend getaway possibilities.
