Pass Federal background check (sell firearms, if you can't buy one then chances are you can't sell them)
2+ years of Customer Service
Sales EXP

Pawn EXP a plus!
Have general knowledge of Firearms, Tools, Electronics, Gaming, Music Instruments, ETC
General Knowledge of eBay, Craigslist, Gunbroker.com, Guns.com, ETC
Team Player
Organized
Good housekeeping skills (cleaning up after yourself)
Be Coachable (We can teach you everything you need to know)

Three very important things with our industry that can't be taught and that's being Motivated, being loyal and being trustworthy. Again, we can teach you everything you need to know to be a good pawnbroker or to hone your skills to be the best so we can continue to grow.
Looking for full time, 40 hours a week. Will have split days off. We are closed on Sundays

We are starting at $15-$16 an hour. Based on exp. We do evaluations every 6 months and as you expand your knowledge and growth within the company, we try to expand your pay to go along with that.
