Job Title: Regional Sales Representative
Reports to: Director of Operations
Job Purpose: Responsible for all sales activities, from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. The Regional Sales Rep works within the sales and support teams for the achievement of customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
Position: Full-Time Contract, Commission
Key Responsibilities:
Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
Analyze the territory/markets potential, track sales and status reports
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services
Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends
Requirements:
Veteran/Spouse status a plus but not required
Excellent knowledge of MS Office
Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales or prior military related experience
Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs
Valid drivers license
Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
Experience with Medical Equipment a plus, but not required
Must be able to pass a background check
Travel: This position requires up to 50% travel. Frequent travel is outside the local area and overnight.
