The Opportunity
We’re looking for a motivated Sales Associate who understands commercial HVAC systems and enjoys connecting with people. If you’ve sold HVAC equipment, maintenance contracts, or energy solutions — this is your chance to expand your impact. You’ll help facilities access utility-funded upgrades that improve performance, save money, and reduce emissions.
What You’ll Do
Build relationships with property managers, facility directors, and business owners
Present energy-saving HVAC and Energy Management System opportunities
Coordinate site visits and energy assessments with our project team
Help clients navigate utility funding programs from start to finish
Represent e2o Energy Group at industry events and client meetings
What You Bring
Background in HVAC sales, commercial building systems, or energy services
Confident communicator with a professional, consultative sales style
Ability to manage your own leads and schedule independently
Interest in sustainability, technology, and client success
