What You’ll Do:
- Deliver high-quality hair services, including cutting, coloring (balayage, highlights, color corrections), and styling for diverse clientele.
- Build and maintain a loyal client base through personalized consultations and exceptional results.
- Stay current with industry trends and share expertise with the team.
- Contribute to our upscale salon’s reputation for creativity and professionalism.
What We’re Looking For:
- Active Arizona Cosmetology License (required).
- Minimum of 2+ years of professional salon experience with a proven track record in hair cutting, coloring, and styling.
- Expertise in advanced techniques like balayage, blonding, or special occasion styling is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for delivering outstanding client experiences.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends (Tuesday–Saturday, 9:00 AM–8:00 PM).
