Salon provides WASHER AND DRYER for your laundry and security alarm.
You will share the salon space with a hairstylist who has her private suite, as well as a massage therapist who occupies two private suites. They are both very busy professionals with a full clientele. You can market yourself to their clients as well.
This salon is also attached to a very busy AirBNB, and we advertise salon services to our AirBNB guests as well.
Rent is $650 a month.
Must sign a 6-month lease with a $650 deposit (deposit can be slips into three monthly payments if needed).
