$150/Week Booth Rental or Commission 50/50 or by day $60/day
Come work in a non-traditional, multicultural beauty salon. I am hiring barbers, braiders, hair extensionist, locticians, natural hair stylist, lash tech, nail tech, cosmetologist, estheticians and more! My Salon is one of a kind it is an all natural beauty salon. I will advertise for you to get you your clients all you have to do is take pictures of your work, also show me pictures of your previous work from other salons, send them to me and I will advertise for you! To work in my salon you must have worked in a salon before, if you have never worked in a salon before you must be coming straight out of Beauty School.
Salon is very multicultural, any race or sex can work at my shop. As long as you abide by all the rules.

If you want to do commission you must be at the salon at least three times a week. If your station is vacant for two whole weeks I'm going to assume that you don't want to work there and you will be automatically let go and fired. If you are doing commission you must use my prices. So I will know how much the client is paying and how much you owe me. You must pay me after each client half of what you made.
If you do Booth rent you must pay the $150 before you start your week. You must pay the booth rent whether you are there that week or not because that station is now yours. You must be at the salon at least three times a week for clients. Unless you are on vacation or there is an emergency. When you do both rent you can make your own prices you do not have to go with my set prices.
For travel stylist that like to travel to different cities different towns and different states and need a Salon in each one to work it'll be $60 a day. No you may not just show up pick a station and work, you need to tell me beforehand and I will tell you which station you can use, you will use whatever station is available you will not have a set station that is yours. My salon is an all natural beauty salon so you must not use any chemicals while in my building. Also you must pay the $60 before you start your day. If you decide that you would like to stay and start working full-time at my salon please let me know beforehand if you want commission or if you would like Booth rent or by day. Then I can switch you over and once you switch over it stays that way for at least 4 weeks you may not switch until then, no going back and forth.
You may switch to Booth rent from commission or you may switch from to commission from Booth rent or by day, but you may not switch back and forth at your leisure once you switch you have to stay at that for four weeks.
I give each stylist three strikes. Three strikes and you're out. If you mess up in my salon three times you will automatically be fired and let go at my leisure. And yes I will let you know each time that you do something that you're not supposed to do. Examples: if you're late for clients all the time, if you're yelling at your clients all the time, if you simply do not show up and your client is waiting for hours and hours on end, if you do chemicals in my shop knowing it's all natural, you charge the client something different than what you're supposed to be charging, if you do not pay your rent or your commission or your by day on time. These are just some of the things that you might be let go for.
The contracts are good for 6 month periods. Once the 6 months is up if you want to renew your contract you can, if you do not then you are free to go to another salon at your leisure but only after the 6 months, Once you sign the contract for 6 months you must abide by the contract for that period of time.
